How It Works
The 8-Factor Model
Our assessment is based on 8 key performance factors, each weighted by their impact on elite performance:
| Factor | Weight | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| 🧠 Mental Game | 600 | Thought patterns, focus, and flow states determine consistency |
| 🔥 Motivation | 500 | Sustained drive enables long-term improvement |
| 😴 Sleep & Recovery | 400 | Rest directly impacts reaction time and decision-making |
| 🪞 Self-Awareness | 400 | You can't improve what you can't see |
| 🥗 Nutrition | 300 | Stable energy = stable performance |
| 🤝 Team Dynamics | 300 | Communication and trust often outweigh talent |
| 💆 Tension Management | 300 | Tension is precision's enemy |
| 🎯 Technique | 100 | At elite level, everyone has good technique |
The ROI Formula
Not all improvements are equal. We calculate Return on Investment (ROI) to find where your effort will have the most impact:
ROI = (Potential Gain × Weight) / Effort RequiredKey insight: A low score in a high-weight factor often gives better ROI than a medium score in a lower-weight factor.
Example
| Factor | Weight | Current | ROI |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sleep | 400 | 30% | 312 |
| Mental Game | 600 | 70% | 169 |
| Technique | 100 | 80% | 18 |
Despite Mental Game having the highest weight, improving Sleep from 30% offers 1.8x better ROI because:
- More room for improvement (low current level)
- Less effort required (not fighting against plateau)

The Self-Awareness Catch-22
Important Note
Low self-awareness affects the accuracy of ALL your assessments. If you suspect your self-awareness might be low, consider:
- Ask trusted teammates how they would rate you
- Review video of your play
- Compare results over time to calibrate
