Peer Feedback Template
Structured templates for requesting and giving honest feedback to teammates.
Why Peer Feedback?
We all have blind spots. Research shows self-assessment accuracy improves dramatically when combined with peer feedback. Your teammates see things you can't.

Guidelines for Honest, Helpful Feedback
Be specific: Not "you're inconsistent" but "I noticed your pointing accuracy drops in the last 3 ends"
Be kind but honest: Sugarcoating doesn't help growth
Focus on behavior, not personality: Not "you're negative" but "after misses, your body language affects the team"
Include positives: Balance areas for improvement with genuine strengths
Offer observations, not judgments: "I observed..." not "You always..."
